Training, Service, Calibration and ongoing support are critical to our customers and an essential and important part of what Industrial Measurement Solutions customers receive. We offer a range of services to help our clients. These include: Training - with appropriate training the efficiency and competence of our customers use of the systems we offer is enhanced. We are authorised by our suppliers to offer training on the systems that we supply. Training can be arranged on site at our customer’s premises or at our offices in Mt Kuring gai NSW.Software – To ensure the latest features are available to our customers we offer software upgrades and training on all our measurement systems. Calibration Services - we provide calibration and maintenance services on all our measurement systems. Often this work can be done by our own staff. Alternatively we have arrangements with our suppliers that ensures certification to the appropriate NATA or ISO equivalent standard and a fast turnaround of your equipment. Repairs - even the best equipment occasionally goes wrong or is damaged. We have a range of periodic maintenance and occasional repair services that we offer to ensure that you not only have the best solution for your measurement problem but it is available when you need it. Contract Measurements and Rental Services - when you need a temporary increase in capacity or need to evaluate the usefulness of one of our measuring systems talk to us about renting or on the job evaluations |
